  1. Initial office meeting with our professionals at Trendsetters, Inc.
  2. Home site criteria and selection made according to homeowner's personal preferences. Preference examples: gated community, school locations, golf course view, etc.
  3. Property purchase or evaluation
  4. Initial meeting with architect/draftsman
  5. Client reviews initial layout to discuss changes with architect/draftsman
  6. Client reviews the plan's revisions
  7. Finalization of preliminary plan and specifications made
  8. Price plan drawn up
  9. Contract signing and earnest money deposit made
  10. Documents sent to lender/appraiser
  11. Permits are submitted to city/borough/township by Trendsetters
  12. Close construction financing. Begin building.
