About the Builder

Trendsetter Construction is made up of President Patrick Gilligan and brother-in-law and Vice President Tony Tonioli. Patrick is a general contractor and has been in construction for 31 years. Pat started his home building career in 1985 in Middletown, New York working as a carpenter's apprentice for a small custom home builder. He moved to Sebastian in 1994 and got a job with a local custom home builder as a Carpenters foreman and quickly climbed the ladder and moved through the superintendent levels.

In 2001, Pat and his brother-in-law, Tony, created their own company, Trendsetters Construction and concentrated on being a home builder for buyers who were looking for homes with attention to detail and wanted a totally custom experience. Pat truly has a passion for building homes; he is most comfortable working with his trades and customers. He is an easy person to talk to and his customers feel comfortable trusting him with their greatest investment, their home.

Tony, who is executive vice president of Trendsetter Construction, has owned, operated, and managed his own company for the past 18 years. Tony is best known for his attention to detail and respect for superior quality and customer satisfaction.

Building homes isn't just our jobs, it's our family legacy. With each project, we pour our hearts and souls into crafting spaces that reflect the unique personalities and dreams of our clients.
